Cargo Tilt — Terms of Use

1. Agreement
These Terms are between you and Ege Yıldızlı, Esenlik Sk. No 3-2 D. 6, Uskudar, 34700 Istanbul, Turkiye ("we"). By installing or playing Cargo Tilt ("the game") you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the game. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use, in line with the rules of the store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer (except where the law allows it), resell or redistribute the game, circumvent its technical protections, or use cheats or automation that interfere with the game or its services.
3. Virtual currency and items
Coins, tickets, cosmetic items and any other virtual content are licensed, not sold. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, goods or services, and cannot be transferred between players or store accounts. We may change prices, availability and game balance at any time.
4. Purchases and refunds
- Purchases are optional and are processed by Apple or Google; their terms and payment rules apply. Prices shown in the store include the taxes the store applies.
- Non-consumable purchases (for example Remove Ads or cosmetic packs) can be restored on a device signed in to the same store account, using "Restore Purchases".
- Consumable purchases (for example coin packs) are used up when spent and are stored on your device. Because the game has no accounts, we cannot restore them if you delete the game or lose your device data.
- "Remove Ads" removes forced (interstitial) ads. Optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch remain available.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google under their refund policies. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer, including any right of withdrawal; where the law allows, you agree that digital content is delivered immediately after purchase and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may end once delivery has started.
- If a parent finds that a child made a purchase without permission, contact Apple or Google first; you can also write to info@cargotilt.app.
5. Ads
The game shows third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for the products and services they promote. See the Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled and for your choices.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data is processed. It is part of these Terms.
7. Updates, availability and ending the service
We may update the game, add or remove features, or stop offering it. The game is playable offline; some features (ads, purchases, daily content) need an internet connection. If we permanently withdraw the game we will, where reasonably possible, give notice in the game or on the store page.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The game is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data stored on your device. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for intent, gross negligence, death or personal injury) or your mandatory consumer rights. Where liability can be limited, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Governing law
the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and execution offices of İstanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live and may bring proceedings in its courts. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts within the statutory monetary limits.
10. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for handling claims about the game (including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection or intellectual-property claims). If the game fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price (if any); Apple has no other warranty obligation. You confirm that you are not located in a country under US government embargo and are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11. Changes and contact
